I still haven't found the right items for on top of the armoire,
but...I was able to get her pictures up on the wall, just in time for our little bundle's blessing day!

ReplyDeleteYou have the exact rug I am wanting to purchase for Caroline's nursery! I have to ask though, have you had any issues with a funky smell coming from your PBK rug? I have read a ton of reviews on their wool tufted rugs and 90% of them were horrible but none were recent. I'd love input from someone who I know has bought one recently! Beautiful nursery!
ReplyDeleteI didn't notice a smell! The rug came perfect, I did buy it in the store so I'm not sure if that made the difference?? I've loved all my PB rugs so I'm not sure why you read such bad reviews? Good luck with the room, I'd love to see pictures!!!

ReplyDeleteHi Sara, the frames were made from crown molding! My cabinet guy built them for me, and then I painted them!

DeleteI spray painted them white then used Bri-wax over them! You could also used a glaze or stain!

ReplyDeleteHeidi I went to sherwin williams and the color that they showed me looked more grey than it did Robins egg blue.
ReplyDeleteHI!! YES...Rainwashed does look VERY gray on the color wheel but on the wall it turns BLUE!! Paint can be tricky like that. If your nervous I would get a sample :)
